Description of the theft
Was stolen at Seattle Center Park by the international fountain. I had the bike set on the grass around 6:30 PM and wandered a few feet away to play with my dog. It was dark and I briefly chatted with a stranger before looking back about 15 minutes later and my bike was gone. It was stolen since it was left unchained and on the grass.
