Description of the theft
Older commuter bike, Carolina blue. As of 10/17, bike has been spotted in Ballard being ridden by a taller than average male. It was seen on Market Street in Ballard and as well as on the Burke Gilman. It has been altered. Bike fenders removed, glow lights removed, seat changed. If it hasn't been removed, it has a slightly broken water bottle holder. My Giro helmet was also stolen.
