Description of the theft
I locked my bike to the bike rack in front of the Ryerson Hall (which is in the Segundo Housing at UC Davis) yesterday (9/16) morning at around 10:30 am. When I returned to my dorm room tonight, my bike was missing from the rack. I am positive it was locked and I had several people help me look for it.
