Bicycle detail

I usually tie my bike up securely to a post that goes from the ground to the ceiling in my parking garage. The cable I used was heavy duty and was specifically designed not to be cut. I left for work at 9:30 and the bike was there in its usual place. When I returned home at 5:20, it was gone. Lock and bike both missing, however my girlfriend’s bike was left untouched(likely due to it being older and with a flat tire)
