Description of the theft
This is a red giant bike with interspersed white color. It is a road bike. FRONT wheel was unable to be removed so shouldhave a different front wheel or should be without one. It does not have a mud guard. Does have a bike carrier The handle iswhite in color (little muddy with use). It was stolen from the bike parking under the SW gibbs street pedestrian bridge on oct2nd between 8am and 5 PM
