Description of the theft
theft occurred behind ASU’s design north building at the bike racks adjacent to the pedestrian ramp between 5:00pm and 7:00pm Monday April 25th. The lock and bike are missing. Witness saw an african american male in early twenties with buzzed hair approx 5’10” near the bike around 5pm. Front tire is low/flat, lock is grey and black Master cable.
