Bicycle detail

It is a brand new 2017 Specialized Sirrus Elite tarmac black hybrid bike, overall cost of that bike was 1078$. The bikes serial number is WSBC602070129M. The bike was stored in the bike storage room locked with an abus folding lock. The room requires a fob access and has a surveillance camera. The residents who requested bike room access are the only ones with the access fob. The one who stole the bike should have accessed the room and cut steel bars. I stored the bike in the bike storage room on 3rd April 2017 after my commute to work (Around 7.15 pm). Today, 17th of April 2017 morning 8.45 AM I went to retrieve my bike to commute to work and I found the bike missing. I contacted the apartment management and they said they will provide the camera footage only to a police officer. I contacted the police department and they asked me to file a claim online.
