Lesson learned, while in San Francisco, one cannot have nice things... My new bicycle was stolen at about 5:40 PM today (May 28th) out side of REI (840 Brannan St). Ironically, I was at REI to buy another more secure lock, when my existing Kryptonite lock was cut, while the store manager and a security guard or two watched a guy cut the cable. They called police but didn't attempt to stop the guy. I guess I don't blame them... but sheesh, the brazen nature of this bike thief.
