Description of the theft
My bike was kept in our basement bike room, which was a locked room. It was locked to a bike rack using a U-lock. This room was completely emptied of all other tenant's bikes as well. Our landlady neglected to inform anyone of this incident which is why I found out that my bike was missing a few months after it happened.
