Description of the theft
I locked the frame of my mountain bike to a public bike rack, which is next to the ferry building along The Embarcadero in San Francisco, using U-lock at 9am on May 18, 2015. Then, I went to take a BART to my workplace in Oakland. When I returned in the evening at 7:40pm, my entire bicycle and U-lock were stolen.
