Description of the theft
Bike under tarp in a fenced-in bolt-locked back yard patio. Fence is 7ft tall, all wood. Entry to back yard was still locked when I discovered that the bike had been stolen. Looks like they hopped the fence, threw the bike over the top, and hopped back over.
