Description of the theft
Bike had been on my back balcony for months. In order to access, thief had to open the back gate of my condo building, climb up one flight of spiral stairs to my balcony, and take the bike down. Video footage of the theft was caught by my back camera and my downstairs neighbor's. The thief had come the previous day around 7:00 AM to scope out the balcony and bike.
