Description of the theft
I picked up my bike from Fat Tire Farm at 2:00pm. Parked 1 block away from work (2350 NW York St) on the one way section of 23rd with diagonal parking spaces: directly in front of SP Provisions Wholesale Meats. I locked my bike to my bike rack on top of my car. When I returned to my car at 5:30pm, my bike was gone. My driver's side bike rack was broken.
