Description of the theft
Incident Description I was on the #8 bus with my bike on the bike rack. I saw a man with long blonde hair, black hoodie get out of the bus at the E Olive Way and Summit Ave E stop (opposite Starbucks) and from what I thought he was taking his back off the rack but he just took my bike off and left. I chased him for a bit but lost him on Denny Way down the bridge. It's a black frame bike with striking blue and red colors, also has a red light attached below the seat. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
