Description of the theft
Bike was locked to a bike rack inside of a secure bike storage room inside of a residential apartment building. Guessing someone gained access to the room and brought an angle grinder. Date and time of theft is unknown as I hadn't been riding the bike during Shelter-in-Place and only discovered it on the date listed above, but it could have been anytime in the last 3-4 months as I was not visiting the secure bike storage room.
