Bicycle (Trek - Verve 2 with rear basket) was locked up in front of Crunch Fitness in Oakland Park, FL at 9:05am on a bike rack in between two other bicycles and surrounded by other bicycles. Bicycle was reported stolen at 12:15pm with the police department. Suspect was identified on Crunch Fitness' surveillance camera.
