Description of the theft
I was on the 950/910 bus southbound from Union station to Torrance, bus number 8397. I put my bike on the rack when I
boarded, but the front of the bus was crowded so I sat in the back. I was on my phone doing Christmas shopping and when I
looked to the front of the bus my bike was gone. I walked to the front of the bus and asked the bus driver, but he didn't have
any info. another passenger said she saw a black man take it at the 110/Manchester stop. this was about 9:50 by which time
we were at the 110/105 stop
