Description of the theft
Bike locked with another bike and 2 helmets with A bus U-lock to bike rack between Steelyard Commons Target and Towpath Trail. Between 6:00pm and 6:15pm, U-lock was cut. Both bikes gone, broken lock and helmets found lying on ground next to bike rack. Steelyard Security notified and police report filed with Cleveland Police Department.
