Bicycle detail

I locked my bike outside the Exploratorium and the theft was caught on their security camera. A white male, probably mid 30s, calmly walked up, removed something (probably bolt cutters, view obstructed by other bikes) from his bag, cut the lock, and rode away. People were all over the place. It appeared that one woman carefully watched the whole thing. It took less than a minute.
