Description of the theft
Left outside in the bike rack at Seven Corners New Seasons for just 15 minutes or so Thursday night (December 3rd) around 8:30 pm. Most distinguishing feature was a high black stem and aluminum "mustache" handlebars that I put on, instead of drop-downs. Had an orange/black/grey small pannier with my raincoat and a red helmet.
