Description of the theft
My bike was locked (through the wheel and frame) on the right bike rack outside of the Wing Davis Wilks dorm yesterday (9/9/20) it was there at 7:30 pm and when I went to breakfast this morning (9/10/20) at 7:30 am it was missing. No parts of the bike or lock were left behind. Some distinct feature are the hot pink handle bar grips and the lights (in a clear tube) that are strung between the spokes of both wheels.
