Description of the theft
2014 Giant Defy 5 road bicycle was locked to a bike rack on the 5th floor of a high rise apartment complex parking garage. Entrance to the garage requires an RFID sticker. The bicycle was locked to a bike rack via cable and U-lock. I suspect the thief was someone with access to the building and elevators.
