Description of the theft
Bicycle was parked at the bike rack on lower level of Ramp 4 at University of Iowa Hospital. Bike was last seen at 3:00 PM on 6/2/21 and discovered missing around midnight. Attached to the handlebar of the bicycle were a flashlight and a bell. A small black phone carrying case was strapped to the top tube. A black helmet was also stolen with the bike.
