Description of the theft
On the night of 2/24/2023, a friend of mine asked to borrow my bicycle. She was supposed to return it the next day. Haven't seen or heard from her since I let her borrow it. I've had two other people that ride bicycles told me that they seen her riding it on the North end of Hartford, CT. They tried to approve her but she ran and disappeared in the area.
