Description of the theft
Our vehicle was parked on South side of 12 Ave Just east of 8 ST SW.
The two bikes were on the back bike rack of the vehicle. Two locks were used to secure both bikes and were attached to the
rack.
We were eating lunch at 15:20 in a restaurant 20 feet from the parking space.
When we returned to the vehicle around 16:00 the bikes were gone. Both locks had been cut clean through (bolt cutters?)
The bikes had been yanked off the rack rapidly as the plastic straps and stand had been ripped off and lay in pieces on the
ground, rather than simple undone.
