Description of the theft
It was parked in my car port in this closed in senior mobile park. I think it was someone visiting who saw the bike, took it on impulse. I think I even saw him, so did the caretaker here but we both didn't put two and two together that he was stealing a bike from here. It is a safe and enclosed for 55+ senior citizens.
