Bicycle detail

The bike was locked up to a wooden support beam with my girlfriends bike, both using the same combination cable lock. Bill Seward made an offer to buy it earlier that day but I declined. His only interest in buying it was to resell it. Then he came back later that night right before I went to bed. Before he left he either cut the lock himself and sold it or told the person he planned to sell it to where it was and let him take care of it.
