Description of the theft
Between the hours of 1:30pm-3pm bike was stolen along with Specialized Vita (also registered). Bikes were locked together to street sign. Police arrived to scene approx. 4:15pm. Surveillance showed 5 young black males riding through parking lot with bikes.
