Description of the theft
Criminal was scouting the area with another person on a scooter during a hurricane and saw my bike that was put on the front porch due to high winds. Came back and got off of scooter and went to my front door to take the bike. He had his accomplice follow him away from the scene /house. This happened on Oct. 10th at 3:02 am .
