Description of the theft
Stolen while at lunch in front of the Overland Cafe. Thief caught on camera approaching on his own bike. He noticed I had not locked my bike properly (I know, I thought I did) and it was easy to separate from post. Then road off holding my bike by the handle bars down Charnock Blvd (from Overland Ave.)
