Description of the theft
I went out of town for vacation. The bicycle was under a tarp and tied down on top of our Camper RV which was in a diamond parking lot paid parking area. It's the old Walgreens. My fiance returned to the lot to move the vehicle and the bicycle had been taken off of the top. There were no other items removed.
