Bicycle detail

Thief lives in my building, you need a building key to get into the bike area within the garage. Inside the gated area of the garage was a bike rack that I had locked it at. I had a U lock with cable. They must have cut the cable. Everything was gone, lock and cable included. Happened sometime between Oct 25 and Nov 7. The light reflector on the handle bars is chipped/missing the top third or so. That is the only distinguishable feature I can think of. Also the front of the handles for the brakes are scraped up from falling a couple years ago.
