Description of the theft
I locked the bike & a blue Bell helmet to the bike rack near the NE entrance to Steward Observatory (Univ of Arizona), off Cherry Ave, at 8:30am. At 7pm, there was nothing there; bike, lock and helmet were all gone. There was one back wheel propped up on the rack, not locked to anything.
Bike has silver frame with light pink "FUJI" lettering.
