Bicycle detail

On November 2nd, at approximately 12:45pm, I discovered my two bicycles, Giant and Trek branded bicycles had been stolen from my parking space in a gated parking structure. They had been covered with a black bicycle cover, and locked with a U-lock and cable that had been threaded through both bikes. The bikes were stolen with the bicycle chain being cut. They left a tote bag of shoes, and a crowbar near the parking spot. My neighbors found the crowbar and returned it to our parking space, believing it was ours. The bikes were located directly in front of our two-tiered parking space beneath a bicycle cover. The night before, on November 1st at approximately 8pm, I recall seeing the bicycles there before leaving for an errand. The theft occurred between November 1st, 8pm and November 2nd, 12:45pm. I asked my apartment manager for any surveillance footage of the incident and will provide footage if any is found.
