Description of the theft
Left my bicycle locked with a U-lock on the morning of January 25 in the parking lot of the Santa Barbara MTD transit center, on the third bicycle stand from the street. Both the bicycle and lock were gone when I returned from work around 10pm the same day. (The stolen bicycle is the white one in the photo!)
