A man scene driving a Mercedes stole our e-scooter. On the corner of 27th and Ray Street. We have video of the even.
The Mercedes had a donut wheel, spare tire, missing a hubcap, on the passenger left tire. It is missing part of the front left bumper. It is a four door and Black. Driven by a male Caucasian or Latino about average height wearing a baseball cap and a white t-shirt with unknown design on it.
