Description of the theft
Bike was locked in between SQ5 and Centergy Parking deck in Tech Square. At approximately 10:30 AM on October 17th 2020, an African American Male wearing a dark hoody and approximately 5' 8" to 6' 2" with a large black duffel bag descended from a stairwell coming from the Centergy Courtyard. He proceeded to remove a set of bolt cutters from his bag, sever the lock and walk on foot with the bike towards the Centergy building, heading either towards Williams St or Spring.
