Bicycle detail

Around 11pm tonight near Cassia and Owyhee, I noticed 2 men holding bags walking with another on a bike. At first glance, I thought the guy on the bike was scouting properties on our block. I went outside to see where they were going and called the non-urgent police dispatch... they sent a unit over to scout my block, but couldn't find anything. They were headed north on Owyhee towards Rose Hill. About 40 min later, I realized that was MY bike. Ugh. ? If I had connected the dots sooner, I would have followed them in my car, but, alas, I searched around this evening around my neighborhood but didn't see the group of 3 individuals.
