Bicycle detail

I had locked my bike to the bike stand outside Portland Art Museum (in their bike stand) at 2:20 PM, Saturday 09/11/2021 (confirmed with my Google Map timeline review). I came back outside at approximately 3:30 PM, Saturday, 09/11/2021 and went by walk across the street to visit Oregon Historical Museum. I did not move my bike. I came back out of Oregon Historical Museum at 5:00 PM, Saturday, 09/11/2021 and noticed that my bike was not present. My bike lock was still hanging there with a locked state to the stand (the digit combination was not changed). The lock was neither broken nor damaged. My friend's bike was parked (and locked) adjacent to my bike and is not stolen. I have taken photos of the bike stand location where my bike was locked. There was a CCTV camera on the top of museum building that covers the bike stand location area.
