Description of the theft
The bike was stolen between 7am and 11am on September 20th. The bad temporary lock I put on it (I just moved here and needed to get a new one) was cut off. It is a dark gray Giant bike with straight across handle bars and silver wheel splash protectors on both wheels. I actually saw someone on it up 99 between Royal and Barger
