Description of the theft
Purple Gary Fisher Moutain bike stole from the bike rack in my backyard of 1217 South Lincoln Ave by a man wearing a blue collared shirt around 7:30 today June 25th. Neighbors saw the whole thing and assumed it was a parent of mine or my roommates because the man said hi to them. The man also left a Figi maroon bike in replacement of the bike that he stole. There is a sticker in the inside of the front tire that says 'BLACK EYE' It os older and I don't have a clear picture of it besides the one that I provided of the sticker on the front tire.
