Description of the theft
Bike locked at bike rack outside Raley’s Grocery about 5:35 PM on Friday evening.
Returned at 5:45 to find bike missing.
It was fairly busy as usual for a Friday.
It’s a large cargo bike and several people saw me arrive. No one saw the bike taken.
Due to Covid, the entry door by the bike rack is not used. So less foot traffic near that door.
