I recently moved in to the apartment and put my new bike in the locked bike cage in the basement. I had just purchased the bike and did not yet have a lock but believed it would be safe in the locked bike cage. I went down to take a ride on August 2 Sunday afternoon and the bike was missing. I don't recall the last time I had seen the bike in the cage but I believe it was within the
