Description of the theft
i left the bike (blue and white specialized dolce triple) at 6:50 pm opposite 76 E 13th Street near the corner of 4th Ave (between 4th Ave and Broadway). it was in front of the USQ Wines store. i came back and it was gone. the lock's cable was cut and the entire bike was stolen. the lock was left in tact at scene with the cut cable. i should have brought my chain but forgot it. it's unfortunate. i filed a police report. and got access to the people in charge of the surrounding video surveillance cameras.
