Description of the theft
Bike was locked by the rear wheel that was removed and left behind with the u-lock. The thief also stole the rear wheel from another bike (this one locked by the frame) so possibly assembled the stolen rear wheel to my frame. The stolen rear wheel from the other bike had a distinctive blue tire on it.
