Description of the theft
There were three locks on the bike, two u-locks and one lectric lock. Two men hopped the fence the morning of March 6th in RiNo area at 6:07 am with a grinder/power tool in hand. They cut through all three locks, unfolded the bike (it was stored folded), and rolled it out. It is an ebike and the key and battery were of course stored elsewhere, so it appears they slightly struggled to ride it out.
