Description of the theft
Stolen from bike rack in front of Harrah's Casino entrance. Was only running in to drop off keys so I only secured it to the rack with one of those short cable 4digit combo locks. I came back to grab my bike and TWAS gone! ?
I may have the serial number, I just have to check when I get home. (Also its not in the photo I've attached here, but there was a wire cup holder addon (allen wrench removable), not worried about that, just wanted to be thorough in my description.
