Description of the theft
Bike was secured to a bike rack in Battery Park with a heavy duty lock and cable through both wheels and the frame. I did leave it out overnight - last seen 9 AM Fri. 4/15. At 2 PM Sat. 4/16/2015, bike was gone, along with the cable and lock. The thief must have used a very heavy duty tool to cut this.
