Bike was locked in a bike room. Thief gained entry to the room by removing a bracket on the floor-to-ceiling chain link fence, ground through the U-bolt of 2 bikes, and took them. 2 other bikes were stolen on separate break ins to the bike room over the prior 2 weeks.
