Description of the theft
I was parked in front of T-Mobile on 28th St in Boulder, with a clear view of my car from everywhere inside the small store with a glass window front. My bike was locked using the built in rack's cable (Rocky Mounts MonoRail). Admittedly I couldn't have eyes on my car/bike at all times and someone clipped the cable and stole my bike while I was inside, sometime between 5:15 and 5:45pm.
